Policies

Payment - by cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. (Sorry, no cheques accepted.)  

Gift Certificates - are not redeemable for cash.  Any remaining balance will be a credit towards your next service.

Cancellations - please provide at least 8 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Your Scheduled Appointment - please arrive on time.  If you are late I may need to adjust your service.  If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cell Phones - to ensure your service is relaxing, please refrain from cell phone use during your service.

Children - please arrange for child care so you can truly relax during your service.
